The company wishes to recruit a high-caliber professional for the position of Operations Officer.

Operations Officer– 1 Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily operational activities of the organization.
  • Responsible for providing service and operational support to the business clients of the organization.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve operational efficiency in the organization.
  • Responsible for handling business and operations-related issues in the organization
  • Responsible for analyzing clients’ operational requirements and developing respective business specifications.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System of organization based on ISO 9001.
  • Responsible for developing test scenarios and performing business user acceptance tests in the software systems of the organization.
  • Responsible for providing training to the clients for using the organization’s systems and products.
  • Responsible for maintaining and analyzing operational data.
  • Responsible for the management of the organization’s website.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration or Business Management or any other related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in the above-mentioned fields or any other related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in operations.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the financial sector.
  • Project Management skills
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English languages.
